The hotel is beautifully kept and clean. the employees are nice and offer excellent service. the location is fantastic for wholesale markets. the rooms are spacious and high standard, with toilets that actually smell good. I'm very pleased with the ample space provided. the hotel also has a good bar.

I have to say, the location here is great! You can easily walk to nearby markets and shops.

The only thing going for this hotel is its proximity to the railroad and metro stations.

I stayed in Liuhua hotel for more than a week. The reception staff and room service are ok but their English skills are very poor. Expect your call to reception or room service to be transferred to several people before you get to speak to someone who knows very little English. The staff and room service don’t reflect 4 stars hotel but 2 stars. The Restaurant in the lobby has western food but the taste is very bad. The chicken is 50% fat and the steak is fatty and mushy. I eat there twice and then I gave up. The hotel would smell real bad after the rain and it rains there a lot. In my honest opinion this hotel doesn’t deserve a 4 star rating but 2-3 stars at the most.

The staff was polite and accommodating. the hotel has a perfect location within walking distance to the subway and the beautiful Guangzhou Orchid Garden. the room was equipped with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a safe, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the private bathroom was spacious.

Yes, The Internet was unavailable as the Business centre- in hotel, the Business centre does not open till 8.00am and I needed to web check in my flights, they told me know no one had a key till 8.00am, I believe the internet should be accessible if needed urgently. When it did open at 8.00am the Internet did not work. This was not satisfactory.
